Greetings Fellow Travelers ...
No more are the ambitions of men rooted in truth as they once were- or never were. How can mortal man hold any accurate conception of time and eternity, or the signifigance of petty time consuming pursuits?
Is there a champion? Where can a super hero be found? Can one man be the leader of the people, or a reasonable facsimile?
Yes, my children, such a man does exist. His name?
Conehead the Barbarious.
He is every man and no man. This deified lesser god lives in a mansion near you, paid for by you. He lives to play a life and death game where his life is enhanced by your death. Your finances are the financing of his financial chess game, a game that offers no risk to him and all the gain, while you have no gain, all the risk, and no share in any surplus whatsoever.
Now, don't feel bad or ashamed. Doing either would imply responsibility on your part, and you are in no way responsible. Your vote did count, somehow- if you did vote. If you did not the outcome would have been no different.
Why? Because rock stars perform on many stages, most without any music at all. It is not necessary. Their words weave a tapestry of rhythmic nonsense and false change the likes of which put any siren song to shame.
And why not? Conehead the Barbarious was destined to be a "king by his own hand," not to be denied by any amount of common sense or civic responsibility.
Would you expect a fish to fly or a bird to swim? Then do not look for Conehead the Barbarious to be anything other than a player, politics notwithstanding.
But do not expect real change. To get change one must act accordingly, in other words, take actions other than those before him. Then, and only then, will real change occur.
However, given the duplications of duplicity extoled by the politicos that reign, do not look for change.
Until the Barbarious Coneheads, all of them, are truly reminded of why each and everyone was placed in power nothing positive will happen. We the people will continue to be bribed with our own money, and our future and that of our children will continue to be traded for the glory of ...
